BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking is regarded as provisional until Green Dolphin Brasserie receives a signed copy of the Booking Form from the client together with payment of the deposit
DEPOSIT
A deposit is required at the time of booking of £10.00 per head. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill. The deposit is required within 7 seven days of making the provisional booking. Demand for places during the December period is high, therefore early confirmation of your booking is recommended.
PLEASE NOTE: The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation or when lesser numbers arrive at the table
PAYMENT
Settlement of the bill in full must be made before, or on the day of the event. Pro-forma invoices can be provided for advance payment. Regrettably, Green Dolphin Brasserie is unable to accept credit accounts, or Diners Club cards
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept one cash or card transaction per booking (not a number of individual transactions)
NUMBERS OF GUESTS
Should your numbers increase we will ask you to increase your deposit accordingly. We do our best to accommodate groups on one single table; however, this may not always be possible for large parties. You will be informed of any different table layouts on booking.
TIME
The time booked is the sit-down time. All bookings have a two hour allocation and in the event that guests arrive late, we regret that it cannot guarantee an extension to the time.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
The festive menus include a vegetarian option. We do our best to cater for other special needs. In this busy period we request that these are made clear to us in writing, preferably at time of booking, but at least 7 (seven) days before the reservation time. Any special requests made after this time may not be accommodated. We cannot guarantee that any products sold on the premises are totally free of nuts or nut derivatives or that fish is free of bones
PRE ORDERS
Green Dolphin Brasserie must receive a named pre order along with the final confirmation of number of guests no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the booking. Green Dolphin Brasserie reserves the right to charge for any food or drinks pre ordered for non attending guests.You may also pre order wine & water for your table which is advisable. This will be added to your final bill.
MENU CHANGES
Our advertised menu and prices are published well in advance. Whilst we will endeavour to avoid alterations, we reserve the right to make changes at any time before your reservation. Any changes to the published menu will be notified to you.
PLEASE NOTE: To avoid misunderstanding, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
