Welcome to the Green Dolphin Brasserie & Bar located near the Floral Pavilion Theatre just up from the “prom” & the “Chelsea Reach” in New Brighton on the Wirral. The Green Dolphin is an informal, neighbourhood brasserie offering great food at reasonable prices for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Enjoy 2 courses from our menu for £13.25 until 8pm Tuesday to Thursday and “early doors” Friday and Saturday until 7pm (a la carte prices apply after these times). Relax with the papers and enjoy our Brunch on a Saturday or Sunday from 11am to 3pm after a stroll along “the prom”. We offer a contemporary British menu that changes seasonally. Our promise is that all our food is sourced locally and freshly prepared on the premises. Step inside our Regency style, three storey building where you will enter into a ‘cafe society’ ambience and experience a truly unique atmosphere.
